Christmas Market Stall Information
Stall £15 pitch fee without raffle prize
Stall £10 pitch fee with raffle prize (prize worth £5)
Each stall will be given a 4ft by 6ft table and two chairs.
Bookings are no longer being accepted from the following stalls
Type of stalls
The stalls are a mixture of handmade crafts, gifts, local foods and community groups.
Other attractions
Santas grotto, raffle, festive refreshments and mini fairground rides.
Location of event
All stalls wil be located within Charters Health Club. Free car parking is available
Promotion
The Trust carries out extensive marketing, the Christmas Market is an annual event attracting around 1000 visitors

Terms & Conditions
Please read the terms and conditions before booking a stall, please click here. Filling in the form below does not confirm your booking, the Trust has the right to refuse applications.
Highfield Park Trust reserve the right to reject applications in the interest of providing a variety of stalls , or at their discretion.Your stall must be manned at all times while the event is open
Fees will only be refunded if:
- your application is rejected (your original cheque will be returned or refund via Paypal).
- you withdraw and we are able to resell your space (subject to a £5 admin fee).
- the event is cancelled.
- you do not hold Public Liability Insurance and the Trust considers your stall to be a high risk.
The Highfield Park Trust are not responsible for loss or damage to or theft of your stock/property whilst your are attending the event.
We will do our utmost to ensure that you have a successful day, but we cannot be held responsible for the weather, interruption of power or services or failure of media advertising to appear.
You must inform the Highfield Park Trust if you do not hold Public Liability Insurance. If we consider your stall to be a high risk, The Trust has the right to refuse your application, a full refund will be given.
The Highfield Park Trust may request details of Public Liability Insurance, these details must be provided if requested.
Any stall holder displaying products other than those described on their application form, may be asked by Highfield Park Trust to remove them immediately from their stall.
All stalls to be set up by the time stated by event officials.
You will not be able to start clearing away or bring vehicles onto the site until the advertised finishing time.
No table covers will be provided.
Your stall area should be left tidy, with all rubbish in bags.
All stalls will be located inside Charters Health Club.
One table and two chairs will be provided.
Location of stalls cannot be altered unless agreed by an event official.
