The Birch Centre Annex is available to lease.

The building has two offices, one smaller room, a kitchen and a disabled access toilet.  The office is located within the Park and benefits from beautiful views of the Park.  There is a large free car park close by, plus child care facilities, health club and local shops nearby. 

The office has B1 office use.  Previously the building has had D1 education and health use and the Trust has been advised that a change of use to permit the building being used as a Tea Room is acceptable.  Individual rooms could also be rented as artist studios.
