The Highfield Park Trust is an independent charity (No. 1059251 and Company Limited by Guarantee (3193779).

There are 12 trustees – two elected by St Albans City and District Council, one each by Colney Parish Council and Oaklands College. The other eight are local residents appointed by the Board. The Board of  Trustees meets quarterly and the Chairman is Roger Thomas.

Staff
John Ely is retiring as the Park Director at the end of Septmeber,  Anna Cohen will be the new Park Manager.

 The Trust has three full time members of staff
Anna Cohen, Rob Allen and Chris Canning.

The Annual General Meeting of the Trust is held in October – to which members of the public are most welcome to ask questions and learn more about the work of the Trust.

The Trust’s Auditor is Mr K Rhind and you can download a copy of the latest abbreviated accounts 2006/7 by clicking here.   A full set of the accounts can be purchased for £2.50 plus postage by contacting the Park Office.
